Product Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Should 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

It's imperative that the item is returned in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for garments that have been worn.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you find that your refund has not been received, we recommend verifying your bank account. Often, a certain processing period is required before the refund is officially posted. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without it.
